All inch threads conform to BSP standard unless otherwise specified.
2. connection dimension for the pneumatic connection lines:
QU8/6: quick union for polyamide (PA) hose 8/6x1mm
CF8/6: compression ferrule for copper (CU) pipe 8/6x1mm or polyamide (PA) hose 8/6x1mm (for tanks with up to 500 mbar overpressure)
ss-CF8/6: stainless steel compression ferrule for stainless steel (ss) pipe 8/6x1mm or polyamide (PA) hose 8/6x1mm
FU6/4: flared union for copper (CU) pipe 6/4x1mm
3. Chemical resistance of the selected materials.
4. Explosion protection measures at the connection to the double walled pipe depending on the used leak detector:
DLR-G and DLR-GS: without detonation flame arrestor
DLR-P: without detonation flame arrestor
DLR-P .. CV: with detonation flame arrestor F502 for explosive atmospheres IIA
LDU14: for explosive atmospheres IIA bis II B3 without detonation flame arrestor and interstice to be defined zone I or II
VLR: without detonation flame arrestor
VLXE ..: with detonation flame arrestor F501 for explosive atmospheres IIA bis IIB3, with detonation flame arrestor F502 for explosive atmospheres II B +H2 (Hydrogen)
VLX .. A-Ex: with detonation flame arrestor F501 for explosive atmospheres IIA bis IIB3, with detonation flame arrestor F502 for explosive atmospheres IIB+H2 (Hydrogen)
