DLR-P .. CV

Air-based pressure leak detector in various pressure levels specially adapted to the requirements of double-walled plastic pipes.

The DLR-P .. CV is equipped with a check valve in the connection line. This avoids that gas may flow towards the leak detector (zone reduction). Therefore, the leak detector DLR-P .. CV can also be used for pipes that have a low permeation.

For pipes conveying explosive liquids, monitoring with air is cheaper in the long term than with nitrogen.

PIPES:

• Double-walled pipes for which the suitability is proven

CONVEYED PRODUCTS:

Water-polluting liquids, even with a flash point ≤ 60 °C (for Germany ≤ 55 °C acc. to TRGS and TRBS). The conveyed product may not react with the leak detection medium used!

Examples: petrol, diesel, heating oil, acids, lyes etc.

pl-box: plastic box / IP 30 / -0 °C .. +40 °C

ss-box: stainless steel box / IP 66 / -40 °C .. +60 °C

PNEUMATIC CONNECTIONS:

QU8/6: quick union for polyamide (PA) hose 8/6x1mm

QU10/8: quick union for polyamide (PA) hose 10/8x1mm
