Providing information that is as complete as possible enables us to process your request quickly and accurately. For example, we verify:

- whether installation/retrofit/replacement is possible without additional modifications,

- the software version of your leak detector/system to ensure flawless data display, and

- configure the Modbus board at the factory according to the serial number of the leak detector.
