LDU22

Leak detection unit LDU22 for tanks and pipes at filling stations based on air overpressure.

The standard version is equipped with a green operating light, a red alarm light, a flashing signal lamp on the top of the housing and an acoustic signal and acknowledgement button.

Combined LDU22 display the alarm for tanks and pipes separately.

TYPES:

LDU22 T280 for tanks with diameter <= 2.5 meters and minimum interstitial space test pressure of 400 mbar

LDU22 T330 for tanks with diameter <= 3.0 meters and minimum interstitial space test pressure of 500 mbar

LDU22 P1.1 for pressureless pipes, such as filling and suction lines

LDU22 P2.0 for pressureless pipes, such as filling and suction lines

LDU22 P3.5 for pressure pipes with max. delivery pressure of 2.5 bar

TANKS/PIPES:

Tanks with a maximum internal overlay pressure of 500 mbar and a pressure resistance of the interstitial space of 400 or 500 mbar

Suitable pipes with a pressure resistance of the interstitial space of at least 5 bar

The interstitial spaces must not be defined as zone 0.

STORED/CONVEYED PRODUCTS:

Water-polluting liquids. Any explosive vapor-air mixtures that occur (including those that may be created by the stored/conveyed liquid in conjunction with air, humidity, condensate or the materials used) must be classifiable in explosion group II A to II B and temperature class T1 to T3, e.g. gasoline, diesel, AdBlue.

INSTALLATION:

Outside the Ex area or in areas where zone 1 does not exceed a height of 1 meter.

PNEUMATIC CONNECTIONS:

QU8/6: Quick union for polyamide (PA) hose 8/6x1 mm
